He leveraged new 5-Phase Shopper Based Design Framework that clearly discover key shopper insights and translate into design solution.
Jackson was responsible for overall design vision and design process, supervised 2D, 3D design and Global Beauty Innovation Center final production and installation. Jackson sold in the vision, the design and the final execution to P&G executives and top retailers with alignment. Result: Global Beauty Innovation Center completed. Top 10 retailers' positive feedback and join venture agreement. Beauty Category sell in rate > 85%. Showcases new digital technology reapplied in top 8 retailers.
