FORD OF JAPAN

Ford of Japan retail image suffered from decades of poor brand presentation inconsistency and operation defects. Jackson led Ford Global flagship store design and Ford Global Retail Guideline, in collaborate with Nike, Ford Marketing, Ford Land, Ford Lab.

 

Jackson was responsible for overall global Ford brand image creation via 'Millennium Retail Design Vision', supervised 2D and 3D design. Jackson presented to FMC OCCE (Office of Chairman and Chief Executive) with alignment, include Japan Tokyo pilot store signoff and Global Retail Guideline creation. Result: 25 flagships stores built across Japan, generated prior average annual revenue within first month of opening; 150 Japan secondary dealerships and 250 top US dealership reapplication. Ford Global Retail Guideline deployed across all regions through Ford Land.
