Beauty brands - Olay and Pantene need to drive superior brand and product experience at high traffic retail locations to uplift brand recognition and sales. However, logistics complexity across different retailers and channels such as location, floor plan and cost are key barriers to execute excellence, not to mention beauty appeal.
Jackson was responsible for the creation of unique modular design vision of "Convergence 3" to meet different configuration and activity system in different store environment. He led the overall design with brand equities consistency, supervised 2D, 3D design, final production and pilot installation. Jackson sold in the vision, the design and the final execution to P&G Global and Regional GM, and to top retailers for join business plan. Result: 1st-ever Skin and Hair Brand event design across beauty channels. Launched over 600 stores, achieved record 500% daily sales on average, exceeded target by 50%. P&G Vice Chairman Breakthrough Award.
