Jackson envisioned “Hair Like Fashion’ retail design vision, and invented AS Watsons Premium Hair Care Store-in-Store that elevated Hair Care beauty sensorial engagement with digital connectivity.
Jackson was responsible for 'Hair Like Fashion' design vision, supervised 2D and 3D design, reviewed and approved pilot stores and final design guideline for deployment. Jackson sold in the new design vision and execution to P&G GM and AS Watsons executives, and accelerated join business plan between P&G and AS Watsons. Result: record traffic of 210% and purchase at 107% vs. IYA in every store installed. AS Watsons' key competitor visited and connected Jackson for counsel, and initiated new store-in-store design project and uplife overall category retail experience.
